- Flash Mentoring Is Here! 13L is partnering with the National Academy of Public Administration to implement a new flash mentoring program for early- and mid-career federal employees. To learn more about flash mentoring, see the recent article in Government Executive magazine.
- Gail Williams Joins 13L Alumni. A warm thank-you to Gail Williams as she moves from active membership to alumni status. The current members of 13L -- Scott Derrick, Don Jacobson, Jeffrey Vargas, Mike O'Leary, Patricia Armstrong, Kitty Wooley, Renita Bivins, Pam Piper, and Chris Osborne -- would like to thank Gail for her contributions to the group and to federal leadership. We greatly admire her knowledge and passion on these issues and indeed have been privileged to have her as a fellow member.
- Thank You to Vic Rezendes! The members and alumni of 13L would like to thank Vic Rezendes for his guidance in serving as an advisor to 13L as the group has formed and grown. We wish him well in his future endeavors and travels.
