Speak at 2006 Excellence in Government Conference.
Member Scott Derrick
will discuss the formation of 13L at a peer-to-peer session on "How to
Launch a Federal Network" on Monday, July 10th. On that same day in a
breakout session entitled "Leading from the Middle," member
Don Jacobson is
scheduled to serve on a panel exploring how mid-level managers can
achieve performance management and align employees to achieve the agency
