Michael K. O'Leary  is Program Manager in Operations Support at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington, D.C.  Mr. O'Leary's career at the Bureau began as a Plate Printer.  He advanced over the years to Special teams, to Acting Foreman (supervisor of Printers), to his current position.  He was the first blue-collar employee selected to the Executive Potential Program.  He has represented the Bureau on the Treasury Department's continuity of operations planning (COOP) team.  In addition, he has served as local Federal Managers Association president representing federal managers at the Bureau.

Mr. O'Leary has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.  Outside of his federal employment, he has served 12 years as an instructor, mentor, and coach to the area's youth in sports and religious programs.
