Jeri L. Buchholz  is currently the Chief Learning Officer at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight. Previously she served as the Director of Human Resources at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Ms. Buchholz began her public service career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Zaire, now the Democratic Republic of the Congo. During her 20+ years of public service, she has worked as a human resources professional at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Information Agency, and Office of Personnel Management. Her programs have won the 2002 Presidents Quality Management Awards for Human Capital Management and the 2002 Workforce Magazine's Optimas Award for Managing Change. She is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management.
